Entry-Level Capital Markets Analyst

A Nashville-based opportunity with Primis Mortgage for students interested in the analytical, institutional, and capital markets side of real estate finance.

Overview

This is an entry-level Capital Markets Analyst role with a bank-affiliated mortgage originator. The position focuses on financial analysis, mortgage pipeline management, pricing, and exposure to the secondary market.

You’ll be working with leadership to support decisions around investment activity, risk management, and business strategy—while developing real skills in capital markets and mortgage finance.

Why This Stands Out

This is a true “learn and grow” role on the institutional side of real estate. You’ll gain exposure to how loans are priced, hedged, and sold, along with how companies manage pipeline risk and capital markets strategy.

For students interested in finance, analytics, and the business side of lending, this is one of the most direct paths into the industry.
